Privacy

We collect nothing about you. This page explains what does load on these pages, and what each piece does.

What we do not do

No accounts. No sign-ups. No newsletter. No contact forms. We set no cookies and we do not track you across sites.

Every calculator across all 12 sites runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never sent anywhere, are not stored, and are gone when you close the tab. Checked by counting the pages rather than by trusting the claim: across 1,449 pages, 0 carry a form that submits anywhere, and the only third-party code is the two things described below. We could not see your salary if we wanted to.

The first thing that loads: advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense, publisher ID ca-pub-5796516082759658, on every page. Google may set cookies and use them to personalise what you see, under its own privacy policy rather than ours. You can turn personalised advertising off in Google My Ad Center, which works across every site that uses Google ads, not just this one.

The second: counting pages, without cookies

All twelve sites load Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see which guides people actually find useful. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser, and cannot follow you to another site, because there is nothing to follow you with. That is also why there is no opt-out link here: there is nothing you are opted in to.

Hosting

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web server does. We do not read them for anything other than diagnosing a fault, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Changes

If this ever stops being true, this page changes before the site does.
